Kathy Griffin Diet and Workout

Kathy Griffin’s diet and workout do not get any more predictable. There is no question that Kathy Griffin’s bikini bod is banging, but Kathy Griffin’s diet and workout are pedestrian, at best.
Kathy Griffin’s diet Kathy says that a low-carb diet is not for her. Without carbs she gets jumpy. She cannot go to a fast food joint and order a burger wrapped in lettuce. Okay, fine, it is not unusual for some people do feel agitated on a low-carb diet, at least when you start on it.
My beef with Kathy Griffin’s diet has nothing to do with the type of diet she has chosen to follow – however, it is hard not to notice that she did what almost every other boring celebrity does in Hollywood – that is, instead of learning about nutrition and changing her eating habits, she has taken an easy route, the one that most people cannot really afford.
What can we learn from Kathy Griffin’s diet? Nothing! She gets her food delivered from ChefsDiet. So, all we know about Kathy Griffin’s diet is that it consists of three fresh meals and two snacks. Thanks for nothing, Kathy. A lot of people are going to learn how to improve their eating habits with that information. Not! Why even share it in a magazine? It is completely useless and unoriginal.
Kathy Griffin’s workout Prepare to be disappointed. Kathy Griffin’s workout is as musty as her diet. Again, instead of sharing something useful, something that most people can learn from or maybe even imitate, Kathy Griffin’s workout is not practical because she exercises with a personal trainer, who “kicks her butt.” She works out at least five days a week for about an hour, sometimes a bit longer.
