Kate Middleton‘s diet – healthy or not? Can Kate Middleton’s diet help you lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks? Can Kate Middleton’s diet help you lose 15 pounds in 2 months? Of course it can, isn’t Kate Middleton skinny, right? “Skinny” is a relative word. She might be skinny, but it does not automatically mean that her diet can help you lose weight. Having said that, given what we know about Kate Middleton’s weight and Kate Middleton’s weight loss, it seems reasonable to assume that she follows a pretty good diet, which might be useful for someone who needs to lose weight.

What does she eat? I do not think anybody outside of her inner circle knows what she actually eats, but some information is available. For example, when she was pregnant, she ate a lot of Haribo candy. Apparently, her mom cooks for her and she likes to follow the Dukan Diet, but Kate does not seem to be a huge fan of the diet. Allegedly, Kate follows a balanced diet that consists of moderate amounts of complex carbs (mainly for breakfast), vegetables, leafy greens, and lean proteins.
