Kate Hudson Workout

Kate Hudson’s workout is great. I do not know this for a fact, but Kate Hudson’s workout has to be awesome. Why? Well, just look at her. She looks sensational. She is slim, but not too skinny, her stomach is totally flat, her arms seem to have some definition, and she does not have chicken legs.

Kate Hudson’s workout is clearly working for her. It probably includes some sort of cardio, yoga, Pilates (or both) and maybe she even does some weigh training. It seems safe to assume that she has been exercising pretty regularly for a long time. I do not think she has ever been overweight.

Of course, there are some naysayers out there who will say that Kate Hudson’s workout has nothing to do with the fact that she looks the way she does. I agree. Okay, I actually do not, but it is true that even the best workout to lose weight is not going to help you lose 10 pounds in 5 days, for example, if you do not follow a good diet, which brings me to my next point.

While I do not think Kate is obsessing too much about what she eats, she has to eat pretty healthy and follow a balanced diet to stay in shape. In the past, it is known that she once was on a low-carb diet to lose her pregnancy weight. She does not need to lose any weight these days, but she probably eats salads, vegetables, fruits and protein every day. [source: Star]
