But does she know how to lose weight after pregnancy? You bet.

While pregnant, at 185 pounds, Hudson was huge, now at 115 pounds, Kate is back to her normal weight, and she looks amazing.

According to Star magazine, she “took the weight off at a leisurely pace of about two pounds per week.”

Kate Hudson’s diet: low-carb, high-protein; exercise plan: boxing (3 hours a day), yoga and Pilates.
