Kara DioGuardi‘s workout does not require a fancy gym. But what do we know about Kara DioGuardi’s workout? We know that she is into cardio-boxing. I had no idea, however, that Kara DioGuardi’s workout included working with weights and jogging. While cardio-boxing (assuming it is performed with enough intensity) easily qualifies Kara DioGuardi’s workout as “fat-burning” – jogging with girly weights is hardly the best workout to lose weight.

If she is not trying to lose weight right now, it could explain why she uses light weights, but c’mon, those green things in her hands look borderline silly. What are they 2 pounds? If you really want to jog with weights, put a backpack with some books on your back and have at it. But hey, at least Kara DioGuardi’s workout is real. Some celebrities only pretend to exercise.
