Julia Louis-Dreyfus‘ workout has to be brutal, right? I mean, Julia is 48 after all, how can she look great and not exercise like crazy? It sounds logical, but Julia Louis-Dreyfus’ workout is far from being overly taxing. In fact, some would argue that Julia Louis-Dreyfus’ workout is almost nonexistent, because she does not follow a specific plan.
She is not into weightlifting, Pilates, or yoga. Maybe she does those things from time to time, but Julia Louis-Dreyfus’ workout is mostly about cardio. Oh, and there is something else, Julia does not exercise every day, and you are not going to find her using Yoga Toes or the Slim-Fast Optima Diet.
Again, she is 48, she had two kids, and as you can probably imagine, her schedule is very busy – yet, she is not overweight and she looks amazing – which makes me think she must be doing something right.
Julia Louis-Dreyfus’ workout details She likes to run. Sometimes, she can run for four miles, but when the time is tight, instead of running she does jumps on her elliptical machine at home. She also loves to hike. So, several times a week, Julia goes hiking in one of the local parks in her area, she usually hikes for 1 hour, or more if she has some free time.
