So how does Josh Hopkins shirtless compare to a shirtless Alex O’Loughlin or a shirtless Eddie Cibrian? I think he is much closer – practically identical, in fact – to Cibrian, which hardly surprising since their body types seem to be the same.
The question is: What can he do to look even better? Some would say that assuming he knows how to lose weight fast, that’s exactly what he should do because there is a lot more muscle hiding under his body fat. But I do not think he needs to lose weight. He just needs to increase intensity of his work outs.
