John Mayer Shirtless: Muscles Up

John Mayer is not completely shirtless in this picture, but look at those muscles. What a difference, wow, I am impressed!

How did John get so buff? He has been working out six days a week, at least an hour at a time, doing a lot of weight work at a high level of intensity. In addition, to balance his workout, Mayer is probably incorporating cardio (think running), some Spinning and rowing.
