Just like her diet, Jillian Harris‘ workout holds no surprises. While Jillian Harris’ workout relies on Pilates to keep her fit, she claims that the gym is not her favorite place to hangout. Cardio is also a part of Jillian Harris’ workout, “I run about 1.5 miles three days a week,” says Jillian, who follows her cardio workout with a series of toning moves and a steam or sauna session.

Find a body part you love “For some reason, my arms get definition really quickly, so I feel like I get instant gratification from working on my arms,” she says about her upper-body workout.

Get enough sleep “They say you should always get eight hours of sleep, and if you are not going to get eight hours, then sacrifice the gym for z’s,” says Jillian, who did just that while filming.

Daily chores are a workout “I am always cleaning the house or working out in the garden. I love to stay active,” says Jillian.
