Jillian Harris Weight Gain and Weight Loss

Jillian Harris‘ weight gain was kind of predictable. Jillian Harris’ weight loss was also easy to predict. After she was rejected on The Bachelor, she started eating, a lot, which eventually caused her to gain 19 pounds on her 5-foot-2 frame in six weeks.
“When I was on The Bachelor, I worked out hard, ate healthy food and went on the probably too skinny – I was like 98 pounds. But when I got off the show, I went home and was definitely a little bummed out. It was in December, so I was eating a lot and drinking a lot of wine. I think I gained the weight because for a few months my lifestyle was not normal,” says Jillian.
According to Jillian, she only realized she has gained weight when she went to her doctor for hernia surgery. She weighed 117 pounds at that time. Jillian Harris’ weight loss was not painful. The weight came off almost as fast as it went on. “I got busy again with work and got excited about going on The Bachelorette, and my body just naturally burned off those pounds. I got back to about 105, which I think is a healthy weight for me,” says Jillian. [via]
