Jillian Harris‘ diet seems very organized. It does not mean, however, that Jillian Harris’ diet cannot be made even better. But I do not want to criticize Jillian Harris’ diet. Why not? Because it seems to be working for her. No diet is perfect, what matters most is whether or not a given diet works you. If it does, you do not need to spend your time on perfecting your diet, you time will be better spend on making sure that you consistently follow your eating plan.

“I have to eat properly, and I have to get the right amount of dairy and fats and grains, otherwise I get too small,” says Jillian. The key to Jillian Harris’ diet is continual eating. “I eat often, and I love power foods like blueberries, eggs, almonds, spinach and broccoli, but I do not limit my diet. If I feel like a burger, I eat a burger as long as I pack the rest of day with healthy foods. I love to have barbecue,” says Jillian.

So let’s take a look at Jillian Harris’ diet and what she eats on regular basis:

Breakfast “I order egg-white omelets every morning with whatever vegetables I can – spinach, broccoli, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes,” says Jillian. But while she loads up on veggies, she nixes the breakfast potatoes for seasonal berries.

Lunch “I am totally addicted to quesadillas and burritos,” Jillian says about her favorite midday meal. “I think it is the cheese, and I love salsa and guacamole. I like Spanish rice, tomatoes, cilantro, lime, chicken – just those really fresh Mexican foods.”

Dinner “I am a big fan of fish,” Jillian says about her go-to dinnertime protein.”I love savory stuff, but for some reason, I am not a potato fanatic, so I will usually hold the starch in favor of a salad or berries. I just naturally do not love fried food.”

Snack “I eat a lot of beef jerky,” admits Jillian. “I love salty snacks, so I love Lay’s regular potato chips and pretzels.” She also drinks lots of V8 juice and puts sour candies, almonds and blueberries on her list of favorite snacks.
