Jessica Simpson Weight Loss

Jessica Simpson Weight Loss

Jessica Simpson’s weight loss is a huge disappointment. Correction, Jessica Simpson’s weight loss is a betrayal. That’s right, it is a betrayal of her own principles, remember when just a few weeks ago she was defending her weight? What happened? Does she not love her curves anymore?

Do not get me wrong, Jessica Simpson’s weight loss of 10 pounds in 2 weeks is an admirable effort, but if a person is within a healthy weight range – which she was – losing weight just for the sake of losing weight is stupid and potentially dangerous.

Jessica Simpson’s weight loss plan Unsurprisingly, there are not any surprises in her plan, which is another disappointment. I mean, okay, you decided to lose weight because some nitwits have called you fat, fine – but giving her extensive experience with dieting and weight loss, couldn’t she come up with something a bit more original than hiring a personal trainer and eating less junk food?

True, Jessica Simpson’s weight loss plan is a little more comprehensive than just eating less junk food and exercising with a personal trainer. She is eating more protein, high-fiber vegetables, etc, but I do not see anything in her plan that would prevent her from gaining the lost weight back in six months or so, which brings me to my next point.

Why Jessica Simpson’s weight loss is unnecessary As I have already mentioned, her latest weight loss is potentially dangerous. Why? Because if you do not know how to keep the lost weight off, and you lose weight when you do not need to do so, you create a situation that often leads to yo-yo dieting.

The bottom line on Jessica Simpson’s weight loss Look at her legs. They look as if she was squatting with a 200-pound barbell for the past 3 months. Seriously, her legs look so hot right now, why would anyone want to turn those things into twigs? Do not do it, Jess! As the saying goes, “do not be a zero, be a hero.” [sources: In Touch, Us Weekly]

Why is it any of our business why she would gain or why she would lose? It’s all about what makes her feel good. She looks great at all times, but I personally think she looks better with lean muscles as opposed to fried chicken pudge. There is nothing wrong with pounds.. but we need to eat healthy and excercise. It’s better for our bodies. No matter what weight you are if you are healthy while doing it then good for you. I think she was eating a lot of crap according to her statements. That is much worse than her trying to lose weight. ANd what is the need for creativity. If we all had the money to hire a personal trainer I’m sure we’d do it. Accountability is an amazing thing. Eating right, a mixture of protein, fats (good fats), calories and eating small portions through out your day along with excercise is not a diet it should be a way of life. It’s the best for your glucose levels which is what controls your weight, hunger and fat percentage. I am a triathlete… I know what’s it means to make sure your calories are enough to give your body what it needs but have the right calories. EVERYONE should have a splurge day… splurge meals… it’s fun. But living in splurgeville is horrible for your body systems. While constant purging and dieting is not good for your metabolism and health neither is eating crap. Why don’t you actually understand somethig about weight loss and eating before you spout off your un-educated opinion. I think the sexiest body types are those who are thin with lean muscle definition. I think being active is completely wonderful for your health both physical and mental. It helps give you a sense of accomplishment when finihsed, it helps give you time to meditate and think… it’s awesome. My guess you’re not where you would like to be and trying to convince yourself it’s ok. If your weight is healthy, if you eat things that help your system then good for you and worry about you and leave these poor people the freak alone! Seriously….
