But now she is getting her sexy physique back, partly be learning about her food allergies and changing her eating habits.

“I had to take dairy out because I’m allergic, and now I feel 100 percent better,” Jessica, 26, tells In Touch.

Instead of eating cheese (just 1 once of American cheese has 105 calories!) and ice cream, Jessica is brushing up on her culinary skills and cooking dairy-free casseroles and chili. [source: In Touch]
