Jessica Lowndes‘ workout nicely complements her diet. While Jessica Lowndes’ workout is not going to set any trends or new standards of excellence, it is a good basic exercise program that keeps her in shape.

Jessica Lowndes’ workout deconstructed She seems to like running, a lot. Lowndes runs about four miles three times a week. And on the weekends, she runs even longer. Her gym of choice is LA’s Pink Iron gym where she does weight training with light weights.

While some people claim that exercise makes them tired, Jessica says that exercise makes her energized, which a good thing because if you completely drained after your workout, you are overtraining.

Can Jessica Lowndes’ workout be improved? Perhaps. For example, I do not think she needs that much cardio. She can probably achieve the same or better results by running only two times a week and doing Pilates or yoga on the weekends.
