Jessica Biel’s Diet Jessica Biel is sticking to a diet of whole-wheat pasta, chicken, veggies and fruit six days a week. On the seventh day, she digs into her favorite: dark chocolate.

“I think everything in moderation is the key,” the 24-year-old star tells In Touch. “Don’t overload on sugar and carbs.”
