Jessica Alba’s weight loss is estimated to be around 15 pounds and she looks great, but to get her famous figure back she probably needs to lose another 15 pounds or so.

In fact, a friend reveals that Jessica is pretty much desperate to drop another 15 pounds, fast, and she is having a hard time doing it. During her recent night out with husband Cash Warren at II Pastaio in Beverly Hills, Jessica let herself have pasta and bread – and she could not resist a sweet treat from Pinkberry. Who eats pasta and bread?

Allegedly, Jessica is putting a lot of pressure on herself because she and Cash want an extravagant wedding, and she “won’t have a big celebration until she loses the weight,” reveals the pal. Another source says, “She doesn’t feel great. She’s constantly complaining that she feels fat – and doesn’t give herself enough credit!â€?

Jessica Alba’s plan to lose weight Jessica recently began five-day-a-week workouts with trainer Ramona Braganza, doing her 3-2-1 Baby Bulge Be Gone routine, which combines 10-minute cardio intervals with ab exercises and weight training.
