Yes, she does. It is not a secret any more, but I have not heard about this before. What did she do? She was wearing not one, but two corsets for three months. Even in a shower or has she skipped the shower for three months? I do not know. She says “it was brutal” and apparently she was wearing it 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. While she claims it worked for her, I do not think it is a good idea to squeeze your internal organs for this long. You can do other, healthier things to tighten up your midsection.
