Jennifer Lopez: Weight Loss and DietWhat a surprise! Just three weeks after giving birth to twins, Jennifer Lopez looks like she is well on her way to lose all her baby weight. But is it really a big surprise? Um, no, of course, she was in great shape before she got pregnant.

According a friend, the 5′6″ Jennifer had gained more than 50 pounds during her pregnancy and was shocked by the changes in her body. “My belly’s all pudgy. I don’t know what’s going on,” said Jennifer during her pregnancy.

So how does someone like Jennifer Lopez keep herself motivated to lose weight? She spent $50K on a home gym. Yeah, I know, but hey, it is better than seating around all day chewing donuts.

What else? “She’s consulted trainers, nutritionists and doctors, looking for the safest way to drop the weight in record time,” says her friend.

Jennifer Lopez’s post-pregnancy workout In addition to spending insane amount of money on a home gym, Jennifer has turned to her longtime trainer, Gunnar Peterson, who worked with her during her pregnancy and says they will resume their sessions soon.

Breakfast Morning options include scrambled eggs with sautéed wild mushrooms and tropical fruit, blueberry crepes with chicken sausage, or homemade granola and Greek yogurt.

Lunch Midday meals range from seared ahi tuna salad, salmon burgers with string beans and romaine lettuce, or roasted turkey clubs with cranberry sauce and sweet potato arugula salad.

Dinner Evening choices include baked rosemary lemon lamb with quinoa and mandolin vegetables, miso short ribs with carrots and bok choy or turkey meatballs in marinara sauce. [source: In Touch]
