Jennifer Lopez‘s eating plan is predictable. In fact, it is predictably boring, but Jennifer Lopez’s weight loss is the real deal (she has lost 50 pounds of baby weight), which means that her diet, while hardly exciting, is not a joke. What is by beef with Jennifer Lopez’s eating plan? The good news is that Jennifer Lopez’s eating plan is low in calories and focuses on portion control.

The bad news, however, has to do with the fact that this plan is not something she has developed on her own, it is a meal delivery service called Freshology, which some might argue is not necessarily a bad thing, but I do not see how a meal delivery service is going to teach you how to eat healthy. Anyway, here is a closer look at Jennifer Lopez’s eating plan (the calories range anywhere from 1,200 to 1,400 calories a day, it is her sample menu).

Breakfast Pancakes, fresh blueberries, turkey sausage and some maple syrup.

Lunch Fish and steamed vegetables.

Dinner Roasted Brussels sprouts with pork.

Snack Fresh salad with mozzarella cheese.
