There does not seem to be a clear consensus on why she has lost weight and if it is a good thing or not. Wasn’t she one of those girls who did not have a problem with being full-figured? What happened? A lot of overweight celebrities say that they love their curves, but almost all of them try to lose weight sooner or later.
What do I personally think about Jennifer Hudson’s weight loss? I think she did the right thing. She still has curves. She has lost a lot of weight (about 10 sizes), but she is still a size 6, not zero. And here is the best part, according to her recent interview in Essence, a lot of people tell her that her weight loss has inspired them to lose weight and get in shape.
She has lost weight on Weight Watchers, which is a little disappointing (it would have been better – and even more inspirational – had she lost weight on her own, in my opinion), but hey, nobody is perfect.
