I also have had breathing problems and will be getting the same surgery and it does change the shape of your nose slightly. I think she's just aged. Come on people, these pics span 10 years. This is my humble opinion, and I'm not a doctor, but I can say that I'm against any and all surgery, with the rare exceptions of safely extracting a bullet or other metal object from someone's body below their neck, or immediate emergency room surgery that a well trained surgeon has determined on the spot to be necessary to save the person's life. Outside of these two instances, I can't think of a 'reasonable' reason for someone to undergo an invasive internal procedure.
