Jenna Jameson: Boob Job, Implants, and DietIn a final break from her porno past, Jenna Jameson removes the implants that helped make her a star. She tells Us Weekly of the dramatic surgery.

On August 1, Jenna Jameson slipped through the back entrance of Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Garth Fisher’s office.

The reason for the visit: removal of her breast implants. It was part of a total life makeover that began when she stopped making adult movies.

Nearly two weeks after the three-hour surgery that took the 5-foot-6 Jameson from a D-cup to a C-cup, she sat down for an interview with Us to discuss her new body.

Why did you have your implants removed? I got my first breast augmentation at 19. I had beautiful, natural 34Cs, but I was in a career in which big boobs sell. And when you’re 19, you make rash decisions. My first pair were saline Ds. Then I went to DDs in silicone.

Then I went smaller to Ds in saline, because I was trying to take myself down slowly. When I had implants, I felt uncomfortable. I would be shy at the beach.

I know it sounds funny, but I’d wear high-necked clothes – unless I was at an adult-film convention. So I thought, Why don’t I be who I am and get my real ones back? I feel so empowered.

How did you feel the day of your surgery? I was scared. I told Garth [he has performed all of Jameson’s surgeries], “You’re going to change my life right now.” It was a week in bed for me after, so the night before, I put my 1,200-thread-count sheets – and about 14 pillows – on my bed! But it was a lot less pain than putting them in, where they move muscles and carve out pockets.

Was there more to the surgery than removing implants? Yeah, it was total tuckage action! They’re so cute now. Even for women with naturally large boobs, getting a reduction is so freeing. I feel like I can stand up straighten I can’t exercise because they’re still tender and I have some stitches. But before, when I jogged, I had to hold my boobs. I looked like I was molesting myself!

How do you stay in shape? I work out every day. I ride my bike and work out with my boyfriend.

What about your diet? I’m healthy, but I’ve been cheating the past couple weeks. I’m really into Del Taco and addicted to Pinkberry!

How did you feel when you saw yourself postsurgery? Ecstatic. The first thing I did when I got home was open my bra. I wasn’t supposed to but I did. I was so happy, I cried. It was like looking into the mirror when I was YJ.

What would you say to women considering breast augmentation? Do your research with your doctors. And think about it for a year, then if you still want them, it’s OK. But to go back and forth like I did, it’s a bummer. [via]
