Jaslene Gonzalez: Diet and Workout
For Jaslene Gonzalez, the second time was the charm. The Puerto Rico native, 21 – who was cut during the semifinals of America’s Next Top Model in 2006’s cycle seven – took the top prize this year.
In a recent interview, Gonzalez was asked if she has a fitness regime. Her answer was a bit shocking and sounds like a joke, but here is what she said:
“No, not at all. I’m naturally thin, believe it or not. To stay in shape I eat cheeseburgers, cheese fries – that’s my diet.” Sure, people that are naturally thin are not that hard to find, but fries and cheeseburgers as a fitness regime?
Who would not want to be on the same diet and not gain weight? I do believe her; I do not think Jaslene is starving herself on some fad diet.
Having said that, I think she can look even better by adding some healthy foods to her new “CoverGirl diet” – which incidentally should probably be double the calories she currently takes in. [source: Us Weekly]
