Janet Jackson's New DietJanet Jackson is in control again. After gaining about 35 pounds over the past few months, the 41-year-old has started a new diet full of fish, water and vegetables!

Just recently at The Forge restaurant in Miami, Janet ordered Chilean sea bass, her favorite, and a few days before that, at South Beach hotspot Table 8, it was the same.

Janet, who is recording an album with producer Scott Storch in Miami, has asked that foods like grilled-cheese sandwiches and cupcakes be replaced with carrot sticks, celery and broccoli.

Plus, she is using the luxury gym at the $9 million estate she is renting, without the help of a trainer. But don’t ask Janet how her diet is going. “She is so sick of that word,” says an insider. “Talking about it gives her anxiety, so we just call it a lifestyle change.” [source: In Touch]
