Janet Jackson’s Diet Plan
Breakfast: 6 egg whites with mushrooms and tomatoes, 1 small sliced apple, 2 slices of avocado.
Snack: Meal-replacement shake.
Lunch: 3 oz. grilled chicken breast, mixed baby green salad with tomatoes, onions and a sliced pear.
Snack: Meal-replacement shake.
Dinner: 4 oz. grilled wild salmon, green beans with sliced almonds, mixed baby green salad.
