There is a reason Jaime King’s diet plan is well tailored, she works hard for her fab physique. But she still splurges, she says: “When you feel like you’re too strict in life, you’re not enjoying it.”

Breakfast “I usually have a couple of eggs and some gluten-free toast,” says Jaime of her morning meal.

Lunch Jaime keeps it simple: “It’s pretty much salad and protein,” she says. “You know, the same healthy things other people do.”

Dinner “I usually have salad, some kind of protein and vegetables,” says Jaime. “Sometimes a baked potato. I’m a big fan of baked potatoes.”

Dessert Although she stays away from processed foods, she does like to indulge. “I eat dessert and sugar,” says Jaime. “I’ve tried being strict too many times, and that just makes me want to binge and eat like a little pig.” [via]
