Jaime King Diet and Workout

Did you know that Jaime King works out with Jessica Alba? Well, she does. She looks great and in a recent interview, she has revealed her workout and diet secrets. Here is what you need to know about Jaime King’s diet and workout:
What is your fitness routine? I’ve been working out with Jessica Alba pretty much every day. She’s a good friend of mine, and we have the same trainer, Ramona Braganza. Working out is so much easier when I’m with Jess. I don’t want to look like a wuss in front of her, so I push myself pretty hard.
How do you feel about skinny actresses? There’s so much pressure to look thin and to be a size zero. I used to be tight-lipped and say I don’t feel it at all, but I totally do. It’s crazy, and my point of view is: Yes, I want to look good, but I’m not starving myself to look good.
What is your diet like? I work with my nutritionist, David Allen. I do 1,200 calories for two days and 1,400 calories for two days. On certain days, I like to eat raw until dinner and then have some protein. I’m not perfect: I have a sweet tooth, and I love french fries. [source: OK!]
