Muscle food? So is it a fat burner or an exercise-performance enhancer? According to the claims, it promotes energy production and peak performance, supports muscle recovery, maintains healthy energy levels, and reduces free radical production.

ItTouch contains D-Ribose (1500 mg), Creatine Monohydrate (1500 mg), L-Tauro (brand of Taurine Acetyl-L-Carnitine Hydrochloride, 500 mg), L-Carnitine Fumarate (500 mg), Choline Dihydrogen Citrate (50 mg), and LiQsorb (Liposomal Coenzyme Q 10, 30 mg).

1500 mg of Creatine is 3.3 times lower than usually recommended minimum serving size, which is 1 1/2 teaspoons or 5000 mg.
