I Need to Lose 5 Pounds Fast

Hi, I have a 6 year old and a 2 year old. I walk every night 2 miles. I weight 116 pounds. I’m only 5′3″. My friends say I’m lil but I don’t look nice in my tops. I need to lose 5 pounds and quick and keep it off. I was a lot bigger. I was around 140pounds before I had my son. I don’t want to be a big person anymore. I want to lose the weight and be safe.  Can you help me? I’m 24. Also, I wrote down a diet plan but I don’t know if it will help. I need some advice please. If I had the money I would do lipo and a tummy tuck. I feel like kids messed up my body but I wouldn’t change that at all. I love my babies. I just need help. I hate my body and the marks it left. First of all, if you have not already, read Lose 5 Pounds Fast. Second, if you only need to lose 5 pounds, you can probably do so in a month or so, assuming you can lose 2 pounds a week. If you do not know where to start, read this and this.

The thing is, 5 pounds is not that much weight to lose. It should be relatively easy for you to lose 5 pounds. What can you do? Start walking for at least 30 minutes every day. Do you regularly eat fast food, sweets, pasta, white bread, cookies, ice cream, candies, bagels, pastries, etc? If you do, that is your main source of simple carbohydrates that you need to avoid. If you crave something sweet, eat fruits. Eat complex carbohydrates, vegetables, healthy fats, and protein.
