Hydration Pack with HydraCoach

Hydration pack with HydraCoach appears to be a major breakthrough in a personal hydration system technology. I try to stay hydrated, I know it is important, but I have no idea how much water I drink on a daily bases.
Sure, there is no shortage of hydration packs on the market. I use Hydrapak Backpack and Camelbak Hydration Pack. They are good products, but they do not track my fluid intake. The HydraCoach is here to change all that.
The HydraCoach hydration monitor has many useful features. In real-time, it can tell you the total amount of fluid consumed throughout the entire day. You can set your personal hydration goals based on your weight and the type of physical activity.
In addition, it has the following features: average consumption, total elapsed time, amount to goal, percent of goal, amount consumed, elapsed time, amount remaining, estimated time to empty, container size, clock, date, and drink alarms.
The HydraCoach Intelligent Water Bottle is the first implementation of this hydration monitor. It should be available soon; in the meantime, the hydration calculator can help you determine how much water you should be drinking for your weight and activity level. [via Fit or Bust]
