How To Peel a Hot Boiled Potato Video
Rightfully feared by low-carb aficionados, potatoes can be a valuable addition to a balanced diet. For post-exercise muscle recovery, one study, found that good ol’ meat and potatoes combination was as effective as some specially formulated drinks.
When eaten with the skin, one medium potato is a good source of potassium (650mg) and fiber (2.4g). It also provides almost half of RDA for vitamin C (23mg).
When it comes to diet and fitness, food preparation is obviously important. Now, I may not know much, but I do know that peeling a hot boiled potato is not fun. Who would have thought that from all countries, Japan would be the one to come up with this video?
