How to Lose Weight Fast, Really Fast

Sure, a lot has been written about how to lose weight fast. In fact, I have been receiving a steady stream of questions about this very subject matter. One of our readers, for example, wanted to know how to lose 10 pounds in 3 days, that is pretty damn fast.

Although there is nothing wrong with wanting to know how to lose weight fast, I do not actually recommend doing so.

Do not get me wrong, certain individuals (read trained athletes) can safely use accelerated weight-loss methods, but they know what they are doing and it is usually done under medical supervision.

Okay, truth be told, some take things too far and do something stupid, i.e., use clenbuterol or some other substance that sooner or later gets them in trouble.

But most do not. Instead, they use simple weight-loss tricks that usually work for most people: Temporarily cutting down on carbs, upping protein intake, eating small but frequent meals and paying a little more attention to cardio – are known to aid weight loss.

Speaking of cardio and ways to lose weight fast – yesterday, we received this gem from ifitandhealthy.com reader, Matthew:

In “Search Results� on the left, scroll down to number 20. This has to be the most brutal but effective fat-burning workout, ever – which if successfully completed – pretty much guarantees a quick and significant weight loss. Any takers?
