I do not think I can tell you how to lose thigh weight. Why can’t I tell you how to lose thigh weight? Because it is pretty much impossible to do. Do not get me wrong, I am not saying that it is impossible to lose thigh weight, it is certainly possible, but to accomplish this, you just need to lose weight. As for losing belly fat, the same rules apply.

Just like you cannot just lose thigh weight without losing overall weight, you cannot just lose belly fat. You need to make changes to your eating habits, but do not try to figure out how to lose weight fast.

It really should not be called a diet, look at it as a way of making gradual changes to your eating habits for the better. The changes should be permanent, that’s why it is important to make sure that you choose a way of eating that you are comfortable with.
