I gained a huge amount of weight when I got pregnant over five years ago. I have managed to lose some of it but still need to lose about 25lbs or more. I have been on so many diets, I have lost count! I desperately want to lose the weight and feel good and also be healthy, but I cannot seem to get my mind in gear to do this.
