How to Get Skinny Legs
The question is not how to get skinny legs, but why would you want to have skinny legs? You probably want to have toned legs, right?
You would not want to be left standing on broom handles while making a hasty escape, would you? You need the king of all lowerbody exercises – the squat. Using discs trains your core as well.
Dyna-Disc squats (try only if you can squat properly)
1. Stand on two Dyna-Discs, one under each foot with your feet shoulder-width apart and pointing straight ahead. Hold a 10-pound dumbbell in each hand, down by your sides.
2. Squat until your thighs are nearly parallel to the floor. Keep your arms and back straight, your navel drawn in, and your knees aligned with your toes.
