How Taylor Hicks Lost Weight
In a recent interview, Taylor Hicks was asked how he lost weight (Hicks lost 20 pounds) after Idol and what he does to maintain a healthy lifestyle on tour.
Here is what Taylor said:
“I’m on stage every night, which is the equivalent of running an hour and a half every night. Then I run a bit in the day, and I’m eating well: soups and salads and stuff. Moving around the country quickly will definitely help shed pounds.” [via: OK!]
