I followed her tip from Womans Day Magazine and tried the Fresh Dining weight loss program by Freshology and I lost 12 pounds! I am so happy because I tried other local delivery diets and they were not so good. I live in West LA, and the food came fresh to my door every day and it was really good. The desserts were awsome!
