It was not easy for Fergie to lose weight, but she did it. Fergie admits she struggled to lose 17 pounds she gained for her role in Nine. She says she lost weight gradually. How has Fergie managed to lose weight? By exercising at home almost every day. While I would not describe her exercise program as the best workout to lose weight, her overall workout program was pretty good.

She was hiking with husband and jump-roping. “And if I do not do sit-ups, my stomach sticks out,” she says. As for her diet, instead of trying to figure out how to eat healthy on her own, Fergie has chosen to use a meal delivery service. Her daily calorie intake is 1,600 calories.
