How Does Jessica Alba Stay in Shape?
She has one of the most envied bodies in Hollywood, but even Jessica Alba admits to needing a helping hand now and then.
“It’s all smoke and mirrors, guys!” the 26-year-old Alba says when asked how she keeps her superhero shape.
Jessica Alba regularly wears figure-hugging Spanx girdles underneath her gowns on the red carpet, and says:
“A very, very padded bra helps, too.”
Jessica’s such a huge Spanx fan that she even had their High-Falutin’ Foodess high-waisted panty hose sewn into her tight-fitting suit for the Fantastic Four sequel.
