How Do I Get Kelly Ripa Arms?
Hi. I was wondering if you knew what types of exercises Kelly Ripa does for her arms? I like that they are toned, not masculine. And also, some good inner thigh exercises?

I’m not sure what Kelly Ripa does for her arms, but a lot of celebrities seem to be hooked on yoga and Pilates. Madonna and Jessica Biel have pretty good arms. They are known to use typical arm building exercises such as various variations of barbell/dumbbell bicep curls.
For inner thighs, try power squats (this exercise is the same as conventional squats, but your legs are widely spread with your toes pointed outward, which puts emphasis on the inner thighs).
Sumo deadlifts, cable adductions, and machine adductions are also good exercises to work the inner thighs. If you have never heard of these exercises (or if you are not sure how to do them properly), let me know.
