		<description>Hey everyone! I am only fourteen and I am quite overweight at 11 stone, my height being 5&quot;5. You cannot tell the weight is on me, but trust me, it&#039;s there! I want to lose 20 pounds in about 8 weeks, and I have cut my calorie intake down to about 1000 kcal per day. They consist of fat free yogurt for breakfast, maybe with fruit, salad for lunch and some sort of protein for my dinner - BUT if you plan on losing weight, do not go down to only 1000 kcal - my body is used to it since I used to have an eating disorder, but some bodies can&#039;t handle it and might start playing up - you may even add weight. If I were you, I wouldn&#039;t go below 1200 kcal per day and follow it with gentle exercise, helping improve you fitness. Good Luck, and remember, if you are happy with your body, it doesn&#039;t matter what anyone else says, as my grandma quite rightly told me!</description>

		<description>Hi I want to lose 25 pounds in 3 months, I have join a gym and will start on Saturday.  I am unable to lift weights at this time due to a injure shoulder.  My plan is to work out 3-4 days a week, starting out with 30mins and hopefully working my way up to an hour on treadmill.  I have cut out red meat and trying to eat right.  My biggest problem is I love sun flower seeds and can eat a bag or 2 a day, should I stop doing this.  I drink at least 2-3 cups of coffee a day.  I guest I need a meal plan, I am doing this for health reason.  I weigh about 160lbs and height 5 4.  Ideal weight 135</description>

I enjoy readung about every option and I am going to lower my calorie intake and walk at least 3 times a day for 30min.  Any other suggestions to help with my weight loss goal?</description>

In the evening (before 7) I would have a salad with chicken or tuna and brown rice. I also did a lot of aerobics...I really saw the difference by the second week.</description>

I&#039;m 168 pounds and and want to lose 20-25 pounds in 2 months before my boyfriend gets back from bahrain(he&#039;s in the military) I recently a few months ago went from 170 to 10 in 2 months but all I was doing was exercising 5 days a week on the elipitical, I ate normally. This time I will be working out on weekends as well plus eating more healthier. Thats what I should suggest you do and it will just fall off! Good luck!</description>
