On the other hand, those who never share a meal with their families are almost three times as likely to be overweight, and they are at a significantly higher risk of developing a number of food-based insecurities.

In other words, if your goal is to maintain your weight or to lose weight, all you need to do is to eat homemade meals with your family. It sure beats dieting or using crash diets, don’t you think?
