She also does sit-ups and stretches to help tone her body. “And I walk my dog Napoleon and walk places rather than drive. I try to keep fitness worked into my day-to-day life,” she says.

Sometimes, however, even regular exercise cannot stop her from feeling bloated, and when that happens, she cleans up her diet (sort of) by swapping burger and fries for protein bars, sushi, turkey sandwiches and chicken Caesar salads. “Or I’ll get just a hamburger instead of a cheeseburger. And I keep a lot of apples, peaches, cherries and Nabisco 100 Calorie Packs around to snack on,” she says. [via]
