Help Lose 15 Pounds
I have tried to lose weight forever. I want to have a baby but I should lose 15 to 20 pounds first and can not lose it. Do you have any suggestions? Stacy.
It would be a lot easier to help you lose 15 pounds or any amount of weight for that matter, if I knew a little more about your situation. I assume you could not lose 15 pounds because you did not find the right diet, and you probably did not invest enough time into going to the gym or doing something to be more physically active than you usually is, right?
The good news is that you do not really need a diet program to lose weight, and you do not necessarily need to go to the gym. I mean, some people do need a structured weight loss plan, but others do just fine on their own.
