Heidi Montag: Plastic Surgery
Expect to see a whole new Heidi Montag on the third season of MTV’s The Hills.
Montag, who reportedly chickened out of having plastic surgery several weeks ago, made the decision to go ahead and get the upgrades, namely breast enhancement and rhinoplasty surgeries.
According to an insider, the 20-year-old was treated by Dr. Frank Ryan, an LA-based plastic surgeon.
Heidi Montag, who repaired her deviated septum and increased her bra size to a C cup, will feature her post-op progress on the next season of The Hills, which begins shooting the last week of April. [via]

i think heidi thinks she needs to live up to spencers expectations because she wants him to stay with her its the last friend she has. And she definitley wont have any friends if they break up. There will be alot of I TOLD YOU SO’s
