She lost weight by eating the right food and walking. Yep, it really does not take much to lose weight. She also did some work, but not much, on the treadmill and she exercised a bit with medicine balls. While it is unclear how much weight she has lost and how quickly, it is clear that shortly after giving birth to a baby girl, Klum was ready for the Victoria Secret fashion show in NYC, which is amazing, even if she is a supermodel.
