Heather Locklear’s Workout and Diet

Heather Locklear is 46! But if you think she has been using the skinny pills or some other trickery to stay in shape, you are mistaken.
“I feel more confident about myself now than I did 20 years ago,” sys the 5-foot-5 Locklear. “I can honestly say I look better today.” And I agree. She used to be skinny, but now she looks almost flawless for her age.
Heather Locklear’s workout Though Heather claims she has good genes, staying fit is about spending some time in the gym. “You hit a certain age and things start to jiggle. Lifting weights helps defy gravity,” says Heather. Her pals claim that she started seeing changes at 40.
Heather calls her personal trainer at 7 a.m. five days a week for hour-long cardio and strength-training sessions, and she loves yoga and boxing, says a pal.
Heather Locklear’s diet Heather has a soft spot for junk food, but she balances her indulgences like French fries and ice cream with healthy fruits, veggies and sushi.
