Halle Berry: Diet, Workout, and Plastic Surgery

Halle Berry: Diet, Workout, and Plastic SurgeryHalle Berry tests her figure by putting on the pair of Mickey Mouse blue jeans she wore as a 15-year-old.

“It’s my annual test — I try them on once a year,” Halle told In Style magazine, “and if I ran still fit into them, then all is good in the world!”

But what does Halle Berry think about plastic surgery? And what about her diet and workout? Here is what she had to say in one her recent interviews:

How do you stay in shape?

Robert White has been my personal trainer for the last 13 years. He knows what kind of shape I want, and how best to keep me that way.

What type of body do you strive for?

I hate this kind of muscled look that some women get if they do too many weights and start looking very unfeminine. I don’t want to have a thick neck or muscled legs because I don’t think women should look like men.

I focus on muscle tone without adding bulk. We work a lot on abdominals, especially at the end of a long workout, and I find that’s where I get the best results in terms of having a flat stomach and very well-defined abs. That’s my secret for staying in top shape and keeping a good form.

Would you have plastic surgery?

No. I think I’ve been fortunate to have what I have, and I don’t want to tamper with nature. I believe in staying in shape and taking care of myself naturally. [sources: In Touch, OK!]
