Gwyneth Paltrow’s Diet

Gwyneth Paltrow's DietWhy would Gwyneth Paltrow need to change her diet? For years, Gwyneth has been following a macrobiotic diet, an obscure trendy ancient Japanese fad diet popularized by Madonna and other Tinseltown stars.

Not any more, Gwyneth Paltrow’s diet is changing. No, not because she realized that a balanced diet is healthier – rather, she is trying to lose weight.

Gwyneth Paltrow’s diet is changing from maybe a little strange to what seems to be “I want to be anorexic” kind of deal. Despite her arguably perfect figure, she has been wearing a corset to look skinnier.

Thanks to her health guru, Gwyneth Paltrow’s new diet appears to be a typical disaster in the making. We have seen it all before – arbitrary exclusion of healthy food choices coupled with wacky “detox” methods.

The plan to get her thin will last for eight weeks and is designed to bring her back to her “pre-baby physique“.

Gwyn is BANNED from wheat, dairy products, sugar, gluten, booze and red meat.

She is allowed turkey, chicken and white fish but NO swordfish. Veg is OK but she can have NO tomatoes, peppers or other fruits, except for bananas.

In addition, Gwyneth Paltrow’s diet regime includes “taking various herbal supplements to flush out toxins and undergoes regular reflexology and cupping sessions and a rather unpleasant series of colonics“.

Okay, I know that the truth is in the eyes of the beholder. So maybe she feels a need to lose more weight – - but no tomatoes and colonics?
