Gwyneth Paltrow Detox Diet

Does anyone care about Gwyneth Paltrow’s detox diet? I know that some do. Personally, I want to feel indifferent about Gwyneth Paltrow’s detox diet. It is just that I do not seem to understand how someone like Gwyneth could fall for this eating philosophy. Where does she get these ideas, from Oprah perhaps?
I mean, Gwyneth Paltrow’s detox diet is hardly surprising. After all, it is nothing new that celebrities often do crazy things to drop some weight; they use clenbuterol to lose weight, they like The Lemon Juice Diet, and it has been reported that some Hollywood hotties turn to Hydroxycut.
But Gwyneth Paltrow’s detox diet does not rely on vacuous weight loss aids. Yet, Gwyneth Paltrow’s detox diet is jejune. What is so wrong with her diet? It is a seven-day detox diet, which means that she is practically starving for a week. The detox consists of soups, lots of water, some chicken, and fruit smoothies.
Obviously, it is pretty much impossible to defend any diet that severely restricts food, but Gwyneth Paltrow’s detox diet does contain one positive thing. The disclaimer! Yep, the disclaimer is the best part of her eating plan, “check with a doctor before stating any cleanse.” Hopefully, your doctor will tell you not to try it at all, even if you can handle it.
